  • These Terms govern your use of our website and services.
  • By booking our services, requesting a consultation, or accessing our website, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Services

  • Adarsha Interiors provides interior design, carpentry, turnkey solutions, and related services.
  • All services will be delivered as per the agreed design, specifications, and timelines discussed with the client.
  • Any changes in design, materials, or execution requested after project commencement may involve additional costs and time.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is provided transparently through quotations and proposals.
  • A booking advance is required before project initiation, followed by milestone-based payments.
  • Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Timelines & Delivery

  • We strive to complete projects within the promised timeline.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as vendor delays, material shortages, or external factors beyond our control.
  • In such cases, clients will be informed in advance.

5. Materials & Warranty

  • We use premium-quality materials as per the design agreement.
  • Our work comes with a 10-year warranty on plywood and 2 years of complimentary service, unless otherwise specified.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications made by third parties.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, and timely feedback to avoid delays.
  • Site access must be granted for smooth project execution.
  • Any third-party contractors hired by the client should not interfere with Adarsha Interiors’ work without prior consent.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All design concepts, 2D/3D visualizations, and drawings remain the intellectual property of Adarsha Interiors until full payment is received.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Adarsha Interiors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays or third-party services.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the contract.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a client cancels a project after work commencement, only the unutilized portion of advance (if any) will be refunded after deducting costs incurred.
  • Design fees are non-refundable once concepts have been shared.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Adarsha Interiors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly for updates.
